Pantheon Construction was created by a family of multi-generational home builders. FAQ:
How long does it take to finish my basement?
It will take 5 weeks from the moment we sign the contract, to the moment we finish your basement and send you a gift basket as a thank you for your trust in us.
What can I expect to pay to finish my basement?
While prices vary depending on the options you chose, on average you can expect to pay between $18-$24 a sq/ft for your finished basement.
How should I decide between the various companies that provide me with a bid?
We urge you to work with a professional company. A company that gives a clear break down of costs, provides a work schedule for each subcontractor who will be in your home. Also, it is important to ask for and call a list of past and current references.
What happens if I want to make changes after we sign the contract?
That is not a problem. But in order to ensure no cost overruns or surprises, we will provide you with a change order for you to approve with the final cost. We will never charge a cent more.
Does Pantheon do the work themselves or do they subcontract it out?
We have a superintendent assigned to your basement in order to make sure the project runs smooth and is done right. We do the framing and finishing carpentry work, but have a team of sub contractors, who are experts in their respective trade, with whom we work.
