Who we are:

Marco Diaz
Chief Financial Officer:

Marco has 14 years of progressive responsibility within Finance & General Management. He has worked for two Fortune 500 companies in various roles with Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. He is experienced in financial analysis & reporting, strategic planning and process improvement. He is also experienced in business analysis with an emphasis in analyzing business environments, assessing their overall effectiveness and profitability and implementing needed changes.

Marco has a degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.


Ryan Snow
Chief Operating Officer:

Ryan has more than 16 years of construction industry experience.  Ryan started his career while still in high school as a laborer for a commercial masonry company. He quickly advanced within the company, but decided to branch out and gain experience in other trades.  Ryan moved into residential framing where his work ethic and problem solving abilities helped him to quickly rise to a supervisory role.  Ryan started his first construction company at the age of 20 as a general contractor specializing in residential framing.  He used this company to work his way through college, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.


Ryan has also worked for several commercial general contractors and gained valuable personal experience in most of the trades related to the construction industry. He has extensive experience working with local municipalities to develop properties into single and multi-family housing projects, as well as doing the vertical construction of these units.

 

Shae Smith
Director, Commercial Construction Division:

Shae Smith began his career as residential framer for high-end homes in the Park City and the Emmigration Canyon areas. Later Shae became an assistant superintendent for Holmes Homes where he worked on multiple single family and town home projects in Draper.

He later moved to Commercial Construction. For over five years, Shae worked for Greenwood Construction as Superintendent over construction and later overseeing Tenant Improvement projects for several national restaurants, retailers and office buildings. He also worked for Dutson Builders for three years as a Superintendent. During his time at Dutson he was responsible for an extensive remodel of the Walker Building; a large sixteen story office building.

 

Jerry Rogersen
Director, Residential Construction Division:

Jerry has over 24 years of home building experience. He began his career in 1985 as a union apprentice carpenter, but later went on to learn other trades. Over the next eleven years Jerry went to work for two of the larger homebuilders along the Wasatch Front as a framer and later as superintendent for several new home subdivisions. In 1999, Jerry became a licensed general contractor.


He has extensive experience building single family homes --both starter homes, as well as very high end homes. Jerry has also supervised the build of multi-family housing.
